Seed sourcing and production
According to the supplier's product information, the Ethiopian seeds are cleaned using the Sortex method, pressed once at 77–98°F, and allowed at least 30 days of sedimentation before bottling.
Natural sediment and appearance
Fine seed particles remain in this unfiltered oil and may settle at the bottom of the bottle. Shaking mixes them back into the oil and can darken its appearance.
Thymoquinone (TQ) information
Thymoquinone is a naturally occurring compound in black seed oil. BioNatal's product graphic reports historical tested samples ranging from 3.5% to 4.64% TQ. These are supplier-reported historical results, not a guaranteed concentration for your bottle. TQ levels vary by harvest and production batch.
How to use
Adults: take 1 or 2 teaspoons daily. Shake well before each use. Best taken after a meal. Follow the current product label and do not exceed the recommended dose.
